Meet Our Founder
Dr. Maayana Weissman
Founder and CEO
Founder and CEO Dr. Maayana Weissman has led Hedgetech for the last 20 years and has over 30 years of risk management experience including from leading banks and academia. She has a Ph.D. in Finance from UC Berkeley, and prior to Hedgetech was a Professor for Management Sciences at Tel Aviv Recanati school of management. She is among the leaders in financial risk management in Israel, with a track record of advising leading institutions and the regulator.
